We are committed to making sure your time spent with us is a positive experience. Out of respect for our stylists and clients’ time, please understand the following policies:
We will be asking for credit card information to hold your appointment for the following scenarios:
- New customers
- For services over 2.5 hours (highlights, double color, straight perm, etc.)
- Clients with non-U.S. phone numbers
Customers who cancel under 24 hours prior to their appointment will be charged 100% for the reserved service amount. We understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us via phone.
We will call you if you do not show up to your appointment on time. If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be cancelled or rescheduled.
If you are unsatisfied with your hair or service and require us to fix it, please call us ASAP. Any inquiries after one week from the initial appointment will not be considered for a redo.
Each time you refer a friend to us, you and your friend will each receive 10% off towards our services.
