We are committed to making sure your time spent with us is a positive one.
Out of respect for our stylist's and client's time,
please understand the following policies.
We will be asking for a credit card to hold your appointment
- For services over 2.5 hours（High light, Double color, Straight perm,etc）
- Client with non-U.S. phone number
Less than 24 hour notice will be charged 100% for the reserved service amount (We understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us)
No-Show / No-Call Policy
We will call client if they do not show in time. If over 15 minutes late, their appointment may have to be cancelled or rescheduled.
If you are unhappy with your hair or service and need a fix, please call ASAP. Any inquiries after one week from the original appointment will not be considered for a redo.
Each time you refer a new friend to us, you and your friend will receive 10% off towards services.
